My company is based on the belief that everyone is unique & has their own story. We all love things made well & with love. My hats are all over the USA, England, Germany, & Canada! My grandma taught me and loved seeing how I put my own 'spin' on it, for over 9 yrs now! I can't follow a pattern book to save my life!   • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! I have clients with some of my products from Germany, England and Canada.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    If the item is listed as in stock it will be shipped immediately. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

    However if you chose a custom option it will take longer. It could take up to 3 months to finish before shipping depending on how busy the season is. Normally I can do an order in a week. But if I have a lot of orders in front of you it may take longer. Especially closer to winter.   • Are hats washable?

    Yes they definitely are. I've had mine for about 5 years now and wash it regularly. I recommend using a delicates laundry bag for optimal results!
